HOW LONG IS PROCESSING AND SHIPPING?

Personalised Items take between 7- 14 working days to be dispatched, this is due to the processing and creating of each unique piece. 
Ready to ship items take 3-5 working days to be dispatched.
Shipping is then completed after this time, however please allow further time at busy periods such as Christmas, Easter or when Royal Mail are striking, etc…
Most of my products are made to order which means as soon as you place your order it is in a processing cue.
My turnaround times are always stated on my website and social media - please allow this time to elapse (not considering postage time) before contacting me.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

I offer Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs for all Uk and international orders, this is after dispatch of your order.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not currently offer refunds or returns as each item is personalised with names and details therefore we cannot re-sell unwanted items.

CAN YOU PACK MY ORDER ON TIKTOK?

Twinnie crafts would love to! Where possible We will always try to fulfil requests like this, all I ask is for you to leave a message in the order notes and your @tiktok name if you wish to be tagged.
